· AMLA - Wash, dry & Refrigerate (in closed bag / pouch for longer duration: 7-10 days)
· BANANA - Ripen at room temperature (2-3 days) or wrap in paper. If Skin turns black it is still edible as long as it does not have a foul smell.
· BEANS (FRENCH, CLUSTER, FLAT, LONG, HARICOT) - Wash, dry & Refrigerate in closed bag (5-7 days)
· BEETROOT - Cut off the tops (2 inches from the crown). Refrigerate, covered (4-5 days)
· BITTER GOURD - Refrigerate (in closed bag / pouch for longer duration: 5-7 days)
· BOTTLE GOURD - Refrigerate (5-7 days)
· BRINJAL - Refrigerate in closed bag / pouch (3-5 days)
· BROCOLLI/ CAULIFLOWER - Refrigerate in closed bag / pouch (3-5 days)

· LEMON - If washed, dried, and sealed in a ziplock bag, will last for weeks with no change in taste or look.

· PAPAYA - Ripen at room temperature (2-3 days) or wrap in paper. Refrigerate upon turning medium ripe.
· POMEGRANATE - Wash, dry & Refrigerate in closed bag / pouch (7-10 days)
· POTATO - Keep dry. Store at room temperature (2-3 weeks)
· RADISH - Wash, dry & Refrigerate (5-7 days)
· RAW BANANA - keep in sealed pouch in fridge
· RED PUMPKIN & YAM - Refrigerate (cling wrapped for longer duration: 6-7 days)
· RIDGE GOURD/ SNAKE GOURD - Refrigerate (cling wrapped for longer duration: 4-5 days)
· SWEET CORN - Store in the chiller tray of your refrigerator
· SWEET LIME - Room temperature (3-4 days) or refrigerate (1-2 weeks)
· SWEET POTATO - Keep cool, dry & dark. Store at room temperature (7-10 days)
· TAPIOCA - Wash and keep in dry place. Don't refrigerate. Use in 2 days or so to retain food value.
