Shredded Cheese Annagio (100Gms)

Annagio is a very unique product wherein it can survive for months outside the fridge and does not melt when heated, and is truly a very eco sustainably produced cheese. Basically Annagio is matured, dried (all done under room temperatures)  and then shredded (a different variant of the India paneer).

Usage: Can be sprinkled on your pastas or salad or even pizzas.
