Cacao Powder (Cocoa Powder)

Another variant of the super food Cacao, this cacao powder is made entirely from organic cacao beans sourced farmers in Southern India. The makers are are a couple who love the art and science of making and eating chocolate.

This powder is made with a higher percentage of cacao butter for a lush and well rounded flavor. And while most commercial cacao powders undergo a chemical alkalising process to darken the color and alter the taste, this one is completely natural.

Uses: Can be used for baking, smoothies, truffles and chocolate treats, toppings, sauces etc.
