Growing your own Celery from HB Celery Stalk

Did you know you can grow celery right at your balcony? All you need is a bunch of celery from HB (or anywhere)
This is what Shriranjani Venkataraman did when she planted a Healthy Buddha Celery stem to grow her own celery for her juicing needs.

How to Regrow Celery at Home
- Get a celery from a shop. Slice about 2 inches off the root end of a celery bunch.
- Place it in water. Set the celery root end in a shallow glass bowl or jar.
- After a few days, you should start seeing small leaves emerging from the very center of the top.
- Replant in soil.
You can eat Celery raw or cooked, and it makes a great addition to smoothies, stir-fries, soups, and juices. Celery can also be steamed or baked
Celery is rich in vitamin K, and it also contains folate, vitamin A, potassium, and vitamin C. Dietary fiber: Celery is mainly water, but it is also a good source of dietary fiber.
